The location is well placed. The rooms are comfortable, the service is excelent and the buffet in the restaurant is amazing.
A nice hotel with nice people as staff, good room. They have a great restaurant specially the chilaquiles. I had a room facing the front of the hotel, was a little noisy.
Spacious room with accommodating staff. Be prepared to speak Spanish. We had a great time.
I had a great time staying here but the WiFi was weak and the rooms felt stuffy like there needed to be more fresh air circulating. Down side was that this location is very busy and there will be lots of people day and night. This was not my first choice to stay but it was the only place that had a room available in the whole city. I liked having valet parking, pet friendly rooms and a hotel staff that was extremely patient and accommodating even though I didn’t speak a pinch of Spanish. The rooms are slightly out dated but the beds were soft. The area has a huge militarized police presence so walking around during the day felt safe in the area around the hotel. There is so much within walking distance you won’t have to go far for what you need and if you can’t find it hotel staff will assist you in getting it.
In a real non touristy city, a nice hotel wih nice people as staff, good room. Pool was not clean so i didnt go in there. They have a great buffet brkfast for around 120mp. I had a room facing the back of the hotel, was quite.
We got to stay at this lovely hotel with valet parking which was very handy. They were dog friendly and we stayed for 2 nights which included a buffet breakfast. The staffs were friendly to me and my little family ( myself, husband and dog). We really enjoyed our stay. They were central, close to a dog park and shopping/restaurants, the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and hot, the wifi was great to surf the internet and we really enjoyed our stay here so thank you so much! :-) For a small improvement, their swimming pool needs to get fixed and their A/C in the room is old (still works) but needs to be retired and replaced with a new one.
Great venue for business people. Excellent and very clean rooms. Air conditioning y quite new but TV system is quite old. Quite good cuisine, specially the guy that cooks the omelettes. The location is excellent for getting to know the very Center of Villahermosa. The sorroundings are a little bit crowded and specially at night, insecure.
Their lobby is good, and they have a large parking garage. Although it sometimes takes a while for them to fetch them. They don’t give free breakfast. But they do have a restaurant. They have a gym and swimming pool.
